Follow-Up Program

After a family completes our nine-month Hand-Up Housing program, they begin a two-year period as part of our Follow-Up program.  During this phase, their case manager monitors their progress and provides guidance and mentoring.  Follow-Up program families are included in WHP’s educational forums and other activities.
